Complexity Clarity – Operational Diagnostic Terms & Conditions

Service Description

The Operational Diagnostic is a fixed-fee advisory engagement designed to identify operational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, reporting challenges, and organizational dependencies that may be impacting business performance.

The engagement includes:

• Completion of the Operational Assessment

• One (1) 60-minute Diagnostic Interview

• Review and analysis of submitted information

• Delivery of a Diagnostic Findings Report

• One (1) Findings Review Session

Scope of Services

Complexity Clarity provides diagnostic and advisory services only.

The Operational Diagnostic is intended to help identify opportunities for improvement, operational risks, and areas of business friction. Complexity Clarity does not guarantee specific financial results, operational improvements, revenue growth, or business outcomes.

Implementation of any recommendations remains the sole responsibility of the client.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the diagnostic, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Complete the Operational Assessment prior to the Diagnostic Interview

• Participate in the scheduled interview session

• Provide timely access to relevant information when requested

The quality of findings and recommendations is dependent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client.

Fees & Refund Policy

The fee for the Operational Diagnostic is $495 USD and must be paid in full prior to scheduling.

Because preparation, analysis, and professional services begin once the engagement is purchased, the $495 Operational Diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of whether the client chooses to implement any recommendations or pursue additional services.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their Diagnostic Interview with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee at the sole discretion of Complexity Clarity.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the Operational Diagnostic will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Complexity Clarity may use anonymized findings, trends, and case study information for educational, research, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Complexity Clarity provides advisory and consulting services only.

Under no circumstances shall Complexity Clarity be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of recommendations, reports, or services provided.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Operational Diagnostic.

Acceptance

By purchasing the Operational Diagnostic, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
